Terms of service

1. The service

NeuroPrompt is a web application that helps users construct and refine prompts for large-language models (LLMs). The tool itself does not store prompt content on our servers beyond the time needed to call the underlying AI provider API and return a response.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use NeuroPrompt. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or authentication controls.
• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or probe the service in a way that harms availability for others.
• Do not submit personally identifiable information belonging to third parties without their consent.

4. AI providers & data processing

Prompts you submit are forwarded to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic or DeepSeek) to generate a response. Each provider processes your input under their own terms and privacy policies. NeuroPrompt acts as a processor on your behalf when routing these requests. Do not include sensitive personal data in prompts unless you have reviewed and accepted the relevant provider's data-handling terms.

Authentication is handled by Supabase. Anonymous usage quota is enforced via IP address and an optional first-party device cookie (np_qd) as described in our Privacy & cookies page.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual property

The NeuroPrompt application, branding, and original content are owned by the operator. You retain ownership of any prompts or content you create using the tool. You grant NeuroPrompt a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your input solely to deliver the service.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NeuroPrompt is not liable for the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date at the top of this page.
